Spicy fusilli with meatballs

Hearty fusilli with spicy meatballs in a creamy, spicy tomato sauce.

Instructions

1. Mix the minced meat with egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, form into balls and fry in oil.
2. Roast the garlic and chili flakes in the same pan, add the tomatoes and simmer.
3. Stir in the cream and let the sauce simmer until creamy.
4. Cook the fusilli in salted water until al dente and drain.
5. Mix the pasta with the sauce and the meatballs and garnish with parsley.
