Penne alla Vodka

Penne in a creamy tomato vodka sauce with parmesan and parsley.

Instructions

1. Cook penne in salted water until al dente.
2. Fry garlic in olive oil, add tomatoes and simmer.
3. Stir in the cream and stir into a creamy pink sauce.
4. Mix the penne into the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan.
5. Serve garnished with parsley.
