Chicken and mushroom pasta with cream sauce

Fettuccine with tender chicken and mushrooms in a rich cream sauce.

Instructions

1. Cook fettuccine in salted water until al dente.
2. Dice the chicken and fry in butter, add the sliced mushrooms and fry.
3. Mix in the garlic, deglaze with cream and stir in Parmesan.
4. Let the sauce simmer until it is nice and creamy.
5. Fold in the pasta and garnish with parsley.
