Salmon with spinach and mushrooms

Juicy salmon on spinach with mushrooms and creamy sauce.

Instructions

1. Salt and pepper the salmon and fry it in the pan
2. Roast mushrooms and garlic in the same pan
3. Add spinach and let it wilt
4. Refine with cream and simmer briefly
5. Serve salmon on top of the vegetables and garnish with lemon and parsley
