Salmon in mushroom cream sauce

Salmon fillets in creamy mushroom sauce.

Instructions

1. Season salmon fillets and fry briefly
2. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them in butter
3. Add garlic and deglaze with cream
4. Place the salmon back in the sauce and let it simmer
5. Serve with parsley and lemon juice
